Delivery Problems
Delays
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time frame plus 5 days, please contact us. We'll check the status of your shipment with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, do not accept it and report it to the courier. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please carefully check your shipping address when ordering. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us before shipping to change it. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
