1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of children's clothing and accessories on our website. By using our services and making a purchase, you accept these terms in full.
These terms apply to all orders placed by customers residing in Italy, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the rest of the world .
2. Products and Descriptions
NANÙ BABY offers clothing for newborns and children (0-3 years) made in Italy with certified natural materials, including merino wool, organic cotton and fabrics that are gentle on the skin of little ones.
All products are described as accurately as possible, including composition, sizes, colors, care instructions, and key features. Images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen settings.
Product availability is subject to available stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities that can be purchased per order.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices shown on the site are expressed in Euros (€) or British Pounds (£) depending on the destination market, and include the applicable VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Prices for International Markets:
- EU countries: Prices include Italian VAT. No additional customs fees.
- United Kingdom: Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Non-EU countries: Possible customs duties and import taxes to be paid by the recipient.
3.2 Payment Methods

4. Order Confirmation and Management
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase details, order number, and a summary of costs. This email confirms acceptance of your order and the formation of the sales contract.
You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, the return conditions described in Section 7 apply.

Shipping: Tracked and with prices defined based on the destination country (6 EUR - 15 EUR - 40 EUR)
Customs costs: No additional costs for EU countries

5.2 Europe (Extra-EU) - including the United Kingdom
Delivery time: 5-10 working days
Shipping: Tracked and with a flat rate (40 EUR)
Customs costs: Possible customs costs to be paid by the recipient
Documentation: We provide all necessary customs documentation
5.3 Rest of the World
Delivery time: 7-15 working days
Shipping: Tracked and flat rate (100 EUR)
Customs costs: Local duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient

5.4 Tracking
For all orders we provide a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment in real time through the assigned courier.
5.5 Customs and Taxes
EU Countries: For orders within the European Union, there are no additional customs fees. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.
Non-EU countries (including post-Brexit UK): For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply according to the destination country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.
5.6 Delays or Damaged Products
If the delivery is more than 5 days late, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If the package arrives damaged, do not accept it and report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
6.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the Italian Consumer Code (Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005), and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to provide a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit communication via email to newnanultd@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +39 377 373 5384 within the indicated deadline.
6.2 Return Procedure

- We will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.
- Fill out the return form (if provided) and include it in the package
- Ship the product to the indicated address with tracked service
6.3 Return Conditions
The product must be returned:
- In intact and original condition
- Unused, unwashed and with no signs of wear
- With all accessories and original packaging
- With labels and any seals intact
6.4 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safety of your package.
6.5 Refund
The refund of the amount paid (excluding the original shipping costs) will be made within 7-14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6.6 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be returnable if opened or used (e.g., products sealed for hygiene reasons). Contact us for specific clarifications.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In compliance with European, Italian (Consumer Code) and UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) legislation, all products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from the date of delivery.
If the product has defects of conformity, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, or alternatively to a price reduction or termination of the contract, depending on the seriousness of the defect.
To exercise the warranty, contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect, providing proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) and a detailed description of the problem.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages arising from the use of the products.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
- We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or always available.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or for breaches of consumer health and safety.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drawn up in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 .
