NANU' by Flavia Dolcimascolo accepts the following payment methods :

CREDIT CARD (the transaction is encrypted and secure, protected by an SSL certificate)

PAYPAL (pay conveniently with your PayPal account or even just via debit or credit card)

SCALAPAY (buy now and pay later with Afterpay in 3 INSTALLMENTS of the same amount WITHOUT any INTEREST )

BANK TRANSFER (the order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our current account)

Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for expenses over € 199, below this amount there is an additional fixed cost of €5.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender , any shipping costs, charged to NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer .

Orders are shipped from NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo (via GLS courier) , from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

We would like to remind our new customers that NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo can ask Paypal to verify the transaction , even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.

Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods, delivery times are generally 2/3 working days, depending on availability the delivery times delivery may be longer.

Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.

In all cases NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.

Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via Express Courier by NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Flavia Dolcimascolo's NANU' shipments are not insured against theft and accidental damage but it is possible to request insurance. If expressly requested, once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.

The assortment on www.nanubaby.it reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color . The website is in fact connected in real time with all the warehouses belonging to NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo. Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on www.nanubaby.it . In the event that the ordered items are not available , or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer .

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of shipment.

NB it is specified that the costs of returning the goods are in any case borne by the customer.

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

To send one or more returns to NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo, the Customer is required to respect precise conditions:

1. All items on sale on the website www.nanubaby.it are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag.
The return will only be accepted with intact tags. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.

2. Items to be returned not they must have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way.

3. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.

4. All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

5. The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Express Courier no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery.

6. The Customer who wishes to make an exchange of size, color or item must forward the return procedure to info@nanubaby.it

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items with missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request return authorization , the Customer must send a request to the address i nfo@nanubaby.it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, the NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The shipping price will be borne by the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk, NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (see point C) completed.

All returned items will be inspected by the NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
NANU' di Flavia Dolcimascolo reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

The right of withdrawal consists of the possibility - granted to the consumer for contracts concluded away from business premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) - to decide unilaterally to dissolve the contractual obligation with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of its stipulation, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

• for the goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
• for services, from the day of conclusion of the contract.

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (as per the postmark) starting from the day of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must take place free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of withdrawal.
